Street parking very close. Don't park in the lot across the $treet. Great breakfast at a decent price. I love this place. The only drawback was lack of electric outlets or USB ports near the bed. Ours were 7-10 feet away. The rooms are compact but the room amenities more than make up for that. Enjoy your trip!
Booked this hotel last minute for a staycation and was floored by how clean and high tech it was. The moment you walk in it is an experience from the concierge to the bar to the room. Granted the rooms are a bit small so they are only …
Very small rooms with all the basics. No coffee or tea though, you have to pay and no actual room service. You have to go down to order and get your food. It was fine though! Everything was clean and the amenities were great. Staff was super friendly and great location.
Uncomfortable hotel with unwelcoming atmosphere and unhelpful staff. Multiple staff eye you down at the self check in kiosk. Later, if you ask for help they will judge you, be unfriendly and rude, and not go out of their way to help you. Really upsetting and I’ve never encountered this at another hotel. Stay elsewhere.
Lots of “quirky” inauthentic branding to distract you from the small rooms and personally I find the decorations tacky and already outdated looking. I have stayed in hotels of similar size in Tokyo so I’m used to rooms of this size but the overall vibe of this hotel is off. The iPad controls were novel at first but practically are cumbersome to use.
The lobby is ok generous choice to call it a “living room”, it’s just a bigger space with a bar and some tables for people to work, nothing special. I got bad vibes, it was dim and it gets crowded with many other people talking or taking calls. I would prefer a normal US size hotel room instead of the lobby with overpriced food and drinks.
If you see a room view option at check in know that “courtyard view” means you get to look at the other side of the hotel and into windows of other rooms. Vastly different than some of the nice pictures on here with an actual city skyline, deceptive phrasing.
Everything about this hotel was perfect. I loved staying here. I traveled solo to Seattle for a few days and I had no idea about the concept of CitizenM hotels.
From the moment you walk in there is a scent that just calms you and makes you feel so at peace.
When you get to your room the atmosphere screams REST. From the towels, to the shower,l style, to the soaps/shampoos. Best hotel I've stayed at thus far and for $100 a night!
I hope they keep expanding to more cities in US. LOVED IT.
I really enjoyed this hotel. It has a very cool vibe, the staff are laid back but also professional. They were all very nice. The room was really cool. there’s an iPad in the room to control the lights and climate and everything. You can …
From the moment Greg, the epitome of hospitality, greeted me, I knew my stay at citizenM Seattle South Lake Union would be exceptional. The hotel's warm ambiance, modern design, and prime location make it an ideal choice for travelers …
Rooms are very tiny! Excellent overall vibe with ultra modern features. VERY quiet sound proof rooms however virtually NO counter space AT ALL. Extremely small bathroom sing with about about 8”x 6” space for any toiletries. One tiny dresser …
A different concept. The ambiance and the in room tech features are super cool. Was traveling solo here and not sure if it’s family/kids friendly with the various illustrations in there but highly recommended this hotel. Too much tech …
Very vibrant and fun atmosphere. Rooms are "pod" style so not spacious but large comfortable bed. Shower has amazing pressure and gets very hot. Everything is controlled by an ipad and the mood lightning gives the best vibes. Great location and walking access to downtown.
